This Privacy Policy describes how Epic Findings collects, uses, and shares information when you interact with (our “site”) to make purchases or participate in contests. This Privacy Policy is updated effective February 1, 2019.

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through our site, we collect information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (e.g. credit card number), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

    When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

    How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

    We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through (our “site”) including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations. Additionally, we use your information for the following:

    • Communication - to be able to reach you regarding your purchases.
    • Gift recipients’ information
    • Issues with ordering or shipping.
    • Promotions or events.

      If you opted-in to receive our newsletter, we may send you e-mails regarding new products, events, news and sales promotion. E-mail notifications will only be sent to those who have registered with If you share information to Epic Findings through our social media site such as Instagram, with your permission to post, our Instagram feed for @epicfindingsinc will automatically post images to (our “site”). also screens orders for potential risk or fraud; and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us and provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

      We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (e.g. your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our site such as generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with our site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.

      Sharing Your Personal Information

      We only share your personal information with third parties to the extent of running our business and to fulfill orders to service you. Your personal information used is as described above pertaining to our website. We do not sell, trade or share personal information about you unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include hosting partners and other parties assisting us in operating (our “site”) to do business with our products and services.

        When you place an order through (our “site”), we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
