Our team diligently processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Standard processing time is between 3 to 8 days from the date of cleared payment, excluding major holidays and unforeseen natural disasters.
Should there be any unforeseen delays extending beyond 5 to 10 business days, we will promptly notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Costs and Options
Shipping costs are determined based on the weight and dimensions of the purchased product(s). To enhance cost efficiency, we automatically consolidate shipping for orders heading to the same delivery address. Costs are computed from our location in Orlando, Florida, to the specified delivery address on the purchase order. While we ship to the Contiguous 48 states, additional charges may apply to orders destined for Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. Estimated shipping costs are provided during the checkout process.
Customers have the flexibility to choose from various shipping options and can opt for upgraded services at checkout. We collaborate with reputable carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and others.
International Shipping
Presently, epicfindings.com does not offer worldwide shipping. However, we are actively exploring options to include international shipping in the future. For international customers with inquiries about our products or services, please direct your questions to support@epicfindings.com.
Shipping Confirmation
Upon the successful clearance of payment for your order, epicfindings.com will promptly send a confirmation email. This email will contain essential details, such as:
- Invoice amount
- Shipping cost and selected shipping service
- Shipping delivery address
Special Requests
We accommodate special requests, including gift wrapping options for products and cards, complete with your personalized message. Please note that additional fees may apply.
For orders totaling $1,000.00 or more, signatures are required unless otherwise specified. If a "no signature required" request is made, epicfindings.com is released from liability for the purchased item.
Delayed Shipment
We assure you that all orders will be processed and shipped within 3 to 8 days of cleared payment. While we strive to maintain timely deliveries, delays may occur during major holidays and natural disasters. Weather conditions during transit can also impact shipment timelines, which are beyond our control.
It's important to provide accurate shipping information to prevent delays. In the event of a delayed or lost package due to an incorrect address, we may, at our discretion, consider a refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information; however, we do not issue refunds for shipping charges.
