Refund policy
Epic Findings provides customers with an excellent buying experience to make this easy and effortless.
30 Day Return Policy
Returns are accepted for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original delivery date with proof of purchase. All returns must be requested through the Contact Us form and will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without approval or an RMA number may experience delayed processing time and are subject for review.
Once an RMA is requested, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided at no additional cost to the customer and all items must be returned in original condition.
Exchanges
Purchases can be exchanged for merchandise credit and additional shipping charges may apply.
Refunds
After inspection and processing, refunds will be credited within 3 – 5 business days. Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to your original payment method, please contact your bank or agency to claim your funds. After 5 business days if you have not received your refund please contact your bank, credit card, or payment processing company as there may be a delay in processing.

Restocking Product Fee
All returns for a refund are subjected to a 20% restocking fee or a $10.00 flat fee, whichever is less. Returns for an exchange will not incur a restocking fee.
Original Condition Requirements
Products must be unused and sealed with tags and labels attached. If a product is returned with missing tags, labels and/or unsealed a 10 % fee or a $2.00 flat fee will be accessed, whichever is less in addition to a restocking product fee.
Damages and Missing Packages
If a product becomes damaged through shipment and you are requesting a return, please provide images and keep all packaging materials. Submit your images and contact us at support@epicfindings.com for instructions on how to return your order.
Returns After 30 Days
Returns after 30 days will be on a case by case basis at our discretion. Items returned after 30 days will not be provided a shipping label and all restocking fees apply. If shipping an item over $75.00, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your product.
Non-Refundable items
We do not accept returns and cannot issue a refund on the following items:
- Consumables
- Magazines
- Sanitary Goods
- Liquids
- Products that are marked “clearance” and “final sale”
- Shipping and Handling Charges
- Membership Fees
- Products shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer is non – refundable. If the product is returned by the misdirect, a refund can be provided – subjected to review and approval.
Items on Sale
Items bought on sales or promotions are refundable based on the purchased sale price and not the original non-sale value. Items marked “clearance” and “final sale” are non – refundable.
