30-Day Return Policy

We happily welcome returns for refunds or exchanges within 30 days from the original delivery date, provided you can show proof of purchase. To initiate a return, simply request it through our contact section to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please keep in mind that returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays for refunds or exchanges and are subject to approval.

When you request an RMA, we'll provide a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you. It's important that items are returned in their original, unaltered condition.


We believe in keeping our customers smiling, and that includes making sure you get exactly what you want. If you'd like to exchange your item, here's how we can make it happen:

  1. Choose Your Happy Swap: Feel free to pick another product that's just as awesome and of equal or lesser value. We want you to love your choice!

  2. Upgrade Delight: If you've got your eye on something a bit fancier with a higher price tag, that's totally cool too! You can definitely go for the upgrade, but just a heads up, you'll be responsible for covering the price difference. We promise it's worth it for that extra touch of joy.


After a thorough examination and processing, refunds will be credited within the designated 3 – 5 business days. It's important to note that refunds will exclusively be issued to the original payment method. If accessibility to your original payment method has been compromised, we kindly advise reaching out to your respective bank or agency to facilitate the retrieval of your funds.

If your refund hasn't materialized after the stipulated 5 business days, we recommend initiating contact with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processing company. Please understand that financial institutions may exercise caution by holding funds, contributing to a potential delay in the refund process. Your patience during this process is greatly appreciated.

Damages and Missing Packages

Returns After 30 Days

Returns beyond the 30-day window will be subject to individual consideration at our discretion. No shipping labels will be provided for items returned after this period, and restocking fees will be applicable. For items valued over $75.00, we recommend opting for a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the successful receipt of your product.

Non-Refundable Items

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Liquids
  • Products marked "clearance" and "final sale"
  • Shipping and Handling Charges
  • Membership Fees

Products shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are non-refundable. If the product is returned due to misdirection, a refund can be provided, subject to review and approval.

Items on Sale

Items purchased on sale or during promotions are refundable based on the sale price, not the original non-sale value. Items marked "clearance" and "final sale" are non-refundable.
