When will I be charged for my pre-order?
In order to secure your pre-order, payment is due at checkout.
How does shipping work if I purchase pre-order items and in stock items at the same time?
All in stock items will ship within 2 - 3 business days and pre-ordered items will be shipped within 2 - 3 business day from our warehouse upon availability. Our checkout process will automatically calculate the shipping charges.
What about changes in release dates?
Release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. When a new release date has been announce, we will update the release dates on all product pages. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will notify you via email and issue a refund immediately.
