After arriving at Punk Hazard, an island banned by the world government, Chopper and many of the Straw Hats are abducted by a strange group. After breaking out and escaping from the facility, Chopper as well as the other escapees, are given warm clothing by the body-less samurai Kin'emon.
Decked out with his cotton candy and black coat from the Punk Hazard arc, Chopper is approximately 16 inches of cuteness waiting to be added to the warmth of your collection.
